David brings more than 25 years of human resources experience spanning process and policy development, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and total rewards. He has supported both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including Arthur Andersen, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), the American Red Cross, and the BlueCross BlueShield Association.

Prior to joining AKF USA, David worked with the International Budget Partnership (IBP) and the Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE), where he supported global teams and strengthened HR operations across thriving INGOs. He is known for his collaborative approach, practical problem-solving, and commitment to building strong, people-centered workplace practices.

David holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of William and Mary with concentrations in Business Management and Classical Studies. He is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and an active participant in several HR roundtables.
