Kimberly Chagla
Kimberly is the Manager of Programs & Partnerships.

Kim brings over a decade of experience in institutional resource mobilization and business development, having led multimillion-dollar proposal efforts and strategic funding initiatives across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East with organizations such as the Population Council, Save the Children, and World Vision International. Her expertise spans full-cycle business development, donor engagement, and cross-functional team leadership, with a strong focus on evidence-based program design in sectors such as child protection, education, health, and climate. Throughout her career, Kim has guided teams in securing awards valued at up to $35 million from bilateral, multilateral, and philanthropic donors. She brings a collaborative, community-centered approach to her work, informed by her background in social work and commitment to inclusive development.

Kim holds an MSW from Washington University’s Brown School and a BA from Christopher Newport University.
