Here are just a few of the year’s partners and their qualities that we celebrate:
- To Kiran and Aly, the Texas couple for their generosity in sharing their story and their wedding joy to improve the lives of many more, through donations to our programs.
- To Bakhtiyor, the young man in northern Tajikistan, whose entrepreneurial spirit propelled him to start a business selling digital keypads and security cameras. “The first goal was never to make a profit, but to satisfy my clients,” he said.
- To Nasima, the single mother in India, whose self-reliance was tested when she struggled for financial stability. Then she gained skills in how to provide low-cost preventive health services for goats and other livestock. Now she walks confidently and neighbors greet her as “Doctor.”
